But travelling around the Continent and England, there are not cars burning in all the streets and a state of anarachy and the overall statistics point to a more civilized society in Europe.
But there aren't here in the states either. How long has it been since you've been in the states? I very much doubt that that was the case when you were here and it certainly isn't now. The only time (still rare) that I see burning cars are on the freeway when they've caught fire. And you can't say they aren't burned in criminal actions in Europe. Remember Genoa?
Much worse than that happened there.

And there is no "state of anarchy" in the United States. Far from it.

If this is the picture Europeans have of the United States, they are being grossly, even criminally, misled.
