I think that just about everything about politics these days is absurd on its face. But I guess you don't want to go there.

I think the use of the term, bill of rights, is, typically, overly dramatic. I see two ideas implied in it, though, that could do with some airing. One is whether the government should be setting standards for the health insurance industry, and, if so, what should those standards be. The second is whether or not citizenship conveys a right to medical treatment.
