That really is sad ... yes ... they need the money, it's an ugly ugly market, that's the sad fact of the matter ... at least it's partly rights offered to shareholders, that reduces outside dilution .... smart to keep going in a carefully prudent manner in the trough of the cycle imho [not referring here to production above that necessary to survive], zinc will come back, the cure for low prices is low prices and elapsed time, yada yada .... can't find a long-term zinc chart right off, so here's copper [which if memory serves seems to lead the cycles] - tfc-charts.w2d.com ... doesn't show the 80s, which were dramatic Great points made between you, Claude, russ and others ... the whole picture laid out pretty much ... it's a tough market, that's a major resounding fact that permeates and colours the entire image - Could they be offered in this market a JV deal worth trading off the greater part of this property? - well, obviously not so far, in management's opinion ... i wouldn't hold my breath waiting on one, either Still i like the ply.v paper, and intend to add more .... .20s are fine, we may be able to pick it up on the tenth of December for a dime, on the other hand it could go the other way, a september rally of some measure wouldn't surprise me a bit, and in any case with good management it will have a run within eight months imho .. not a good place to store the rent money for a term of days or weeks, and the risk does exist that management [i don't know them] screws up and makes a bad deal or runs the kitty dry, but an interesting speculation, i like it, and who knows - we might just get lucky, eh
