That is one of the finest posts I have read this entire year!

A wonderful idea--bringing financial structures to the housing market!

Only problem with tranquilizing the neighbor is the neighbor is already on tranquilizers from having participated in the financial markets, and unbeknownst to you has 4 levels of mortgaging that generated funds to invest in JDSU, which were purchased at around the 52 week high and held to this time........

You would have to know an expert in tranquilizers to select a tranquilizer that would convince your neighbor it was time to trade down in the housing market.

Better still, buy a bankrupt housing development, (soon to
be available) and move your neighbor there. Then you move into his house in order to be able to sell yours. Then you move into the housing development when you sell his. Net of the four mortgages, you yield $10,000 clear! (no need to sign on with Carlton Lutts for his instruction).

You just go on from there with everybody you know....

Soon you will be living in a community with all your friends.......

You just decide to invent and live coooperative community, adopting some of the social structures of some of the higher animals. You live considerably more happily than you are now.

It's as simple as that!

Namaste!

Jim
