hey they just do what people let them do.

i did a bit of a study of the teacher's retirement system in Texas... of all the approved fund company's, not one offers a us gov paper backed fund.. not a single one..

talk about all locked in with no place to go! now that's a bit of a crime right there if you're looking for one.
