You are correct, but I gave the low or HOPEFUL end of the spectrum. I have seen the vol pop once the institutions begin. A prime example is mntg which I bought in April from 4.80 - 5.50 and had to sell just over 13 a few months later. They had an adv of 60K then days of over 1.2MM were not unheard of. Its called growth.Even at the low end of the spectrum there is little hope for scln to move in such a way until / IF huge news comes out. MNTG has been able to hold $10,,, scln has not been able to sustain $5 for more than a few days,,, reputation is built! It is now only a trading vehicle!
