Bush's attempt to cut the federal taxes by pushing expenses onto the states is now causing shortfalls around the country. It's not just the Texas economy that he ruined anymore.

Bush Ad. needs secrecy because policies all unpopular.
If the public would ever wake up and research what they're really doing they'd lose tremendous support. But most folks just watch a little TV and see the photo ops, that's all. The only hard-hitting TV journalism lately has been on Gary Condit and stem cells. Little air-time left for anything else.
