I agree with you 90%. Except the, "...how much debt they can lend." You and I both agree on the enormous potential of a winning drug. The company that holds a promising candidate gets money offered from many different directions in search of that big pay day. Big private and VC money carries major clout with many of the houses.

Why did 'TheStreet' articles happen?

Why did the 'Forbes' article happen?

Don't both of these articles opinion contradict one another?

BTW - those same professionals talking about 'fundamental, P/E, and EPS ...etc, would give their right arm for a biotech with a blockbuster drug just approved for marketing and 500 million in debt to get it there. You and I both know if you wait for the biotech stock to become profitable, it is too late. You missed the train.
