actually if these DOJ guys don't have anything else to do, why not starting to inquire why folks like Meeker contributed to inflate worthless companies, thereby making it so much easier for venture capitalists and money managers to rob people's hard earned cash ?

I'm not sure, but I don't believe that's the DOJ's job. It doesn't matter though, because Congress has been having hearings into this very problem.

I am not a lawyer but in my lingo I would call this "sabotage" or "fraud".

I think Congress has a different word for it, but it's something along those lines.

Is this palatable enough to the judicial system ? :-) Oh yeah it's higher priority to spot the illegal XP feature :-)

There is no reason why our government can't handle more than one issue at a time. They'll eventually make it through this antitrust issue (the "Microsoft Problem") that's been going on for four years, and they'll make it through the post-Bubble finger-pointing. They may even eventually find out just what really happened in Florida's election. Don't hold your breath on that one though.
