Rose, I have never heard of this way of eating before. Just when you think you have heard it all they come out with something new altogether. The problem I have is that they all make sense and sound like that is the way to go. I adhere to none of them of course. We were doing great as vegans then summer came and Hubby wanted weekends off so we are hardly clean anymore. I am waiting for the Renaissance period to come back into fashion this way over indulgence would be a good thing. Oh well.. I'm off to get my blood tested. Drea
