OTOH, I also don't see them heading straight down from here. More likely, IMO, is a nearterm rally which will alleviate the current oversold condition of the market, and a return to the lows at a later date.

We are 100% in agreement.
Best short plays will be toppish charts just starting to have stochastics break down and on the long side but not thoase making new 52 week highs, and heavily beaten up stocks but not those making new 52 week lows.

Also stocks that actually have a profit and the more profit the better. A realatively safe long IMHO would be something like KEM.

What overbought crap is there to look at. Probably tough to find with a selloff like we had.
