Roebear. Re: Argentina. Absolutely loved this comment by one of their negotiators! "....discussions have dragged on because the IMF has asked Argentina for a plan to show any new financing would be well-used in the long term." Don't tell me the IMF has balked at: 1. Take $15 billion. 2. Spend it on bread and circus' to buy votes and stay in power as long as possible. AND most important? 3. When the kitty is empty?
