Deeber, similar thing happened to me

luckily, after a week of screaming, Datek simply reversed their decision and it showed up in my account.

no reason no apology.

I may be wrong, but I believe litigation is near impossible as everyone is required to sign arbitration agreements...

Deeber...you got skewed! Fight it 'til the cows come home. Having been a broker for 14 years, I can tell you that you are in the right end they should eat the loss. Go to a lawyer. One simple letter from your lawyer will have them backtracking.
