My complaint now is with the clearing firm that messed up, Pershing. They are refusing FINANCIAL responsibilty for the mistake, even though they ADMITTED it was THEIR error. Im more pissed now they covered the stock without telling me in my account, and got a HORRIBLE price for it too. I coulda covered myself in a better way if I had to, not that I would cover anyway, cause its not my mistake. I will threaten SEC complaint, and also will take it to the wall Street Journal. If they keep going with this, I will sue the firm, and the lady that lied to me and covered, I will go after her license, and punitive damages because these firms HAVE to be held liable for their actions. NDB recently got bought by ameritrade too, so 2 firms have interest, and neither want bad exposure, which I will be sure to create.
