LOL. Can you name a European -- or other -- head of state who inspires more investor confidence than Bush? Where are all those European investors putting their money? In Lernout & Hauspie, that famous Belgian company? Or maybe Alcatel? Daimler Chrysler? Nokia? Perhaps the Asian telecoms? And there are all those wonderful choices in the rapidly emerging Russia. Not to mention that stalwart China Telecom.

What a bunch of bunk!
