Oh no, billy had a lot to do with the markets rising: He told AMericans they didn't need to spend any money to explore for more oil and get healthcare Institutions in order. He was going to give them" cheap Enviromental gas and HMOs ". And he did all that while playing the saxophone , " looking at you babe ",and told Americans: " Here's some extra cash guys and gals ". " Go play a few rounds i n Vegas at the Nasdaq Casino ...only $200/share for Amazon...going to $600!!!".... and Greenprint and algor on his side screaming along too......" yeah! go boys/gals ! be " productive "!!!!!", And so yes, the Markets where inflated and we all had a great ball....
