Now, some companies are gingerly stepping up production to match sales. Two truck makers, Navistar International and Paccar, which owns Peterbilt, announced small production increases last month.

yeah we are in the late stages of a bear market...for commodities. too bad everyone is focusing on the end of the bear for the wrong asset class! the bear market for stocks has only just begun.
