Just overstate the numbers to make it sound much worse than it is. I take it you have conflicting statistics....could you provide a link to the info? BTW I got my numbers from Jim Beimer of the Associated Press. It was in an article picked up by the Seattle Times last week. You can confirm those numbers by going to their website.....www.seattletimes.com, and doing a search.
