The major problem is that after all of the malarchy turned out unlike Irv Jacobs, Dale failed to acknowledge the truth. He stated that "AREM management couldn't back all their claims" when it is now obvious that management was betraying and lying to the public on numerous occasions. At least Irv Jacobs has the insight that he feels deceived...many others are still in the denial phase.

Further more, Dale failed to acknowledge the combined efforts of AREM critics, and it is totally irrelevant whether they behave like children or not (did Greenberg behave like a child? No). In addition, and in contrast to a recently ousted claim on the 50/50 thread, people like Auric did not come up with criticism after the fact. Recommendations to avoid Arem are going back a long time before the first trading halt happened.
