13:05 ET Sector Watch: Semiconductor : -- Technical -- Continues to hold up relatively well in the face of broader technology sell pressure. Currently trading at 557 (+0.3%), it appears to have decent support in the area of 550/555 which approximates straight line open/close support going back to early July in addition to the lower end of its 10-day Bollinger bands. If that area fails, look for subsequent support in the area of 537/542 which approximates the July open/close lows. Faces little in the way of upside resistance until an area of modest recent congestion around 572.
