Allan, I follow mostly trend lines and they were broken to the upside for the Euro on the daily and weekly chart. Last January 8 it touched the 0.96 twice only to reverse to 0.92 range by February 2001

Last week the Euro jumped around 200 ticks, and it is up from 0.835 on July 6th to 0.92 which is around 11%. It touched the 0.92 level twice and reversed to 0.911 twice intraday.

Last consolidation was around 0.875 from July 18 to Aug 8. I do not have a clear wave count from July 6th.

It is a difficult read. Daily PDF files can be found at exchanges.barchart.com and exchanges.barchart.com
