The new CBO numbers are out Wednesday and the surplus will have shrunk to $1 Billion. That is right....ONE Billion. The rest will be surplus Social Security Trust Funds which the idiot swore in the campaign not to touch. He is a liar and an idiot. We need respectability and intelligence back in the WH.
