Mark, my balance fluctuates a lot from day to day with positions I hold, options I sell, etc. It was a 26:1 split of a stock that ran from $3 to $50, then split. Being that I was not sure about the shares in my account is why I called to make sure, adn I was GUARANTEED they are my shares, and told if its a mistake, they cannot do anything about it now. PERIOD. They told me false information, and it cost me a ton. MAYBE I shoulda known better, maybe not, but they DEFINITELY should have known as they researhced all my trades, adn went through it with the re-org department. and ALL CALLS WERE TAPED.
