Robert,

I tend to think that a move of the dollar towards parity vs the Euro might be a positive for the world economy. Above 1 and I start to have concerns.

Its harder to make a case for imbalance Dollar vs Yen.

Yet it seems like a larger move may be in the making for the dollar and that gives reason for concern. Its the "bubbles unravel badly" idea. If in 6-9 months the US economy still falters and imbalances still persist the dollar may continue to struggle.
