Absolutely. In fact, here is my unsolicited comment on X from earlier today:

"Personally, I told X that I liked her, and in the past we've shared recipes and talked movies and had very mellow conversations about BR issues in which I supported her position over the right wing. She of course objected to me liking her and made it clear /////////// stated many times that she didn't like me."

I have found X to be quite thoughtful and clear, even personable at times, and very out of the blue mean at others. Seems to me I remember her identifying herself philosophically as a nihilist in the past (not totally sure, notice "seems"). Here is American Heritage the subject:

" A doctrine holding that all values are baseless and that nothing can be known or communicated."

Seems similar to how X might self described her position on things.

As counsel for the defendant, I would advise him to consent to that stipulation. Of course you know that clients don't always listen to wise counsel....<VBG>

1. There are some posts X has made which could reasonably be construed as supporting the views you expressed of her.

Ask them to find a post of X's in which she says she feels distaste for the values mentioned.

I think you will find that though many will post things "supporting the views" others "expressed of her," neither brees nor Neocon nor jla will ever find a post in which X mentions any distaste she herself has for truth, justice, human values, etc.

She believes those are human concepts, residing in the human soul, or spirit, or mind, or heart, I believe. Like love, and loyalty, and courage, for example.

That is not an expression of distaste for those values themselves.

But of course there are those who will argue that their concept of those values requires there to be an external authority for them; and will, further, make up false quotes, or attributions, to demonize the one who disagrees with them about that.

This is a case in which that was done.
