HO HO, got a message from my brokerage house. IPM is re-listed again on the US OTC IPMCF.

Saw it popping up on my portfolio the other day too?
Worth 0.001, why bother?

It's probably being set up as a shell company.

IPMCF will probably be brought current in regards to required filings and then a "reverse merger" will be done where some private POS rip-off company will be "bought" by IPMCF followed by a 10000:1 reverse-split to get the share price up. The purchased company will be the actual surviving company and will be instantly a public company without having to do an IPO. Then they'll change the name, play it cool for a while, and then scam another group of shareholders.
