Nemer

Seems like some sensor that tells the printer that it is out of paper is out of whack. Do you think that the software would "talk" to the hardware or is it the other way around? I have a printer at work that sometimes recognizes that paper is in the tray and sometimes not. If I take the stack of paper and "pop" it back against the base the printer says...aha..paper loaded.. and starts printing away.Never have been able to figure it out.

Hi
Thanks for the reply, yes I have done that and with no change. Im wondering if I might have a virus that would effect the computer sending messages. Any other ideas are welcome.
