Panteon, please let us know what you find out about GSPT. KKD reports this week and I think it'll pop on better than expected earnings and expansion plan. Regards, Tom

Panteon, I agree that KKD looks way too rich and I have been watching but am not short yet. I think there may be a housing bubble in some hot spots like Silicon Valley, but not for mid range houses across the country. Our housing supply is aging and I expect this part of the economy to remain strong, but with a shift to more energy efficient designs.
