Thanks for the response. It seems that the same can be said for Intel, though. They need market share to retain growth, since margins have fallen over the past year. It's a lot easier to gain in volumes, than it is to raise prices. Though these days, I can't say that statement with as much certainty.

Albert-

As an Intel shareholder, I am certainly not happy with the drop in margins the last few quarters. But from my perspective, it seems like Intel shareholders are a lot happier with Intel's margins than AMD's shareholders are with AMD's margins. Of course, it could be that Intel shareholders are dumping Intel like crazy and that it just hasn't shown up in the share price yet. ;)))
