You do seem to say things in odd ways. I don't think there has been a nuclear war to end. I also don't think that there is a current nuclear war to end. You then went on to rationalize about some absolutes. There are absolutes and there are relative certainties. Currently anyone with a as in one missile with the range could send that missile into a US city. Now let us consider the lock. A lock on the door will stop some thieves but not all. No lock will allow even those as stupid as mr. bill or hillary steal you blind. Now a real dog or barking dog recording that is realistic may even be better than a lock. Ok beyond chastity locks and dogs, mr. bill and hillary I mean there is the gun. Now having a gun will not stop everyone or many with guns but not having a gun means that even a coward like mr. bill or lying hillary can hold you up. OK mr. bill or hillary are so stupid they would most likely shoot themselves but I hope you get the idea. No use these ideas to understand the value of a Missile defense system. tom watson tosiwmee
