I, for one, am glad I was wrong:-) Despite working myself half to death, I must say that God smiled on me today. Within a space of 15 minutes, I learned that commencement of trial would be delayed by another day and I found a new 9th Circuit decision completely on point and oh so helpful. Shoulda been in L.V. today, I guess:-) M
