If you have Comcast, you probably have @Home, and they are on the verge of going out of business.

COMCAST/ATHOME is ok and great BUT if in your neighborhood has a problem then they might shut down for maintenance. Or
they might try to upgrade software and they could NOT bring back the network like last July 20: NJ,PA and Connecticutt lost service for 2 days.... The thunderstorm could also bring down service for 2-4 hours (two weeks ago)....In this case be sure to call them 888-793-0800 ask for credit of loss of service. This is to notify their management for the continuity of service.
