Deeber - It is very unfortunate that this happened. I hope you find a way to rectify this situation soon. Question of curiousity: You originally received a gift of $100,000 (50K shares times $2.00) Why didnt you close all positions immediately and wire all the money out of your account? Thats what I would have done. NDB's option would of been very much narrowed by such action. You would of had them by the xxxxx and not wise versa. I really wish you the best. Please make sure to get a good lawyer. Michail 1 final thought: I would do everything possible right now in order to get a copy of that tape, before it vanishes. Your only chance is that tape and nothing else.
