A Real Engineer knows that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. So if one has to prioritize how does one. Well if America cannot defend itself then the healthy and those with will not be able to help those without with anything. Off course what future is there for the poor youth victims of the current democrat rape molest and enslave poor youth policies. So defense is first and then education of the future Americans who will have to pay for and take care all us old folks later. The youth will be a lot more productive it they are educated.
