Roger, I've followed MEDC off and on and was completely amazed by its valuation, a company with 16 employees, zero revenue and little cash. Looks like its bending over finally. Saw the THQI secondary announcement earlier. It may pull back a little but I don't expect a significant decline. The underwriters will do their best to support the price until the offering is out of the way. Regards, Tom
