They are the equivalent of the back yard fence. I love them. They are daily, informal, can encompass huge events with one sentence as in: I have done nothing and we leave tomorrow for LA and all that I've packed is a frying pan and 14 pairs of underwear for Ammo!!!! To which you reply with great compassion: You are going through a serious life change-Have a glass of wine! Really, the depth and perception of our PMs would leave all gasping in awe. I treasure those exchanges. I would rather have you, X, E and Karen physically closer though. There's a lot of ironing to be done.
