Mr. Hunter indicated earlier this year that in giving up some operational duties he would be active in strategic initiatives and special situations. I wonder if a little lobbying is included in that job description. <g> Time to head up the Interstate and get to work!

Uncle, Thanks for posting this but I wouldn't count on CREE benefiting much from this for 2 reasons: 1. Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM)has or will try to divert most to pork spending for the national labs, Los Alamos & Sandia. 2. Cree may not like this from the Bill: "Members of the consortium shall have royalty-free nonexclusive rights to use intellectual property derived from consortium research conducted under this Act." regards, Mac
