Well, you echo my own thoughts on that, Bob. The differences aren't glaring at all. They may be too subtle to be meaningful. Even as I was writing my thoughts on the CI's last night, I wondered about my view of the Naz and SPX. With both, the sentiment appeared to be overly complacent longer term, and both seemed to be reversing in the short term.

What I was focusing on, I think, was the midterm CI, which struck me as too high for the Naz. The MT S&P CI went a lot lower than the Naz CI and reversed. The midterm Naz CI stayed around midrange and reversed. I was still wary of another reversal back down.

Still, I think it's unclear. I don't think it's a given that either the Naz or S&P will stage a big rally, with the LT CI's so high. On the other hand, with both of them reversing in the ST, there could be a passable rally.

In short: As usual, I have no idea. Clueless. I get pushed along by the tide. And I got stopped out of one stellar S&P choice today.
