Today for this five minutes Russia and some of the other former Soviet states are the only countries that could withstand a US first strike and retaliate possibly. Most other countries including China most likely don't have this ability. So one can argue that if the US reached a fear level of a smaller country that might launch weapons the US could use its first strike capability. But if we have a MDS then the need for a first strike is eliminated or very greatly reduced. Thus MDS is a stabilizing force. Since it is possible today for vacant liberal minds and the majority of females to be seduced by a rapist and a cowardly rapist can become president I see a real need to mitigate fear factors of those at the top to make the future remain safe. MDS is just simple common sense of using a reasonable lock on the door. tom watson tosiwmee
