Is the contract getting rebid? The last I saw was that it "may" be rebid. I think that since there is a protest in the works, GX has to disclose that the potential exists in the unlikely event it does happen and they lose the contract. From the press release... "Global Crossing said the contract may have to be ``re-bid to address procedural issues in the procurement process that were identified by the DoD after the contract was challenged by unsuccessful bidders.'' The company said it is confident it would win any potential rebid"
