Who said anything about that? Intel doesn't have to raise the prices of their current product line. They can introduce new products at higher prices, and that has the same effect of raising margins.

"But if the dumping laws are not to your liking you can always take it up with your local congressman. I have no power to change them."

I don't think you do, either, but I do think you are confused if you are under the impression that Intel is currently, or will soon be breaking these laws.
