I guess I'll have to watch it to make a judgment but I would say that I can't see the point or necessity especially if this is going to be on when kids might watch....

I think the TV networks have realized that they are incapable of putting on quality shows which stand or fall on their merits and good writing. So they go for sensalization to draw in the viewers.

I think they have also adopted the philosophy that all publicity is good publicity. If they hadn't gone this direction, they wouldn't have so many column inches written about their shows. The first TV show to actually show the sex act in primetime will also get thousands of column inches. I'm sure all four networks are calculating to the week the time when they think they can get away with it. It's only a matter of time

Which is why in the past three months I have watched not a single minute of TV. Not one. Nada. Zip. And I haven't missed it one whit.
