From the curiouser and curiouser department, if we are to believe Mark Edelstone's inside info (whatever happened to Reg FD?), the 3Coms dispute has been temporarily settled with a cash payment from BRCM to COMS, yet COMS proceeds with a lawsuit. Go figure. I guess they simply want to PO a complying partner... Hmmmm. Gotta think about this murk..... but not for long. <w> Ray
