Not all die start at the same reliability level. So chip one at 80 degree could be more reliable than chip 2 at 70 degree. It depends on its design. Your conclusion that AMD tolerates less reliability based on junction temperature spec is ridiculous. How do you explain Intel’s spec for PIII, which were much lower?
