So you feel you are right because he didn't know there was a mistake and you apparantly did?

Sounds like you were lookin for a free lunch and instead got handed yer arse. Sorry but I have no sympathy for your trying to capitalize on a mistake that you apparantly recognized as a mistake and feel they are responsible just because some lacky couldn't figure it out.

In hindsight maybe you should have left them free shares there and not been so greedy. Let's face it even if the stock went to .50 and they let you keep them, it would have been a 25,000 gift.

You had free shares by way of a mistake, why be so greedy to sell them and not wait to see if the mistake surfaced? only answer I have is your greed. Let me know how that crow dinner taste when you eat it. i am sure you bragged to all your friends about the way you got over when you first sold them.

Hey, I'm as sympathetic as the next guy to someone's plight, but enough already. You've been on numerous threads with this, and we all understand now.

Good luck to you.

(OT)Deeber, I understand your feelings. I have a problem with yah not being able to calculate or knowing what your shares were. If this were the reverse I have a feeling yah would have been on top of it. (if they didn't give yah your proper amount of shares) All this preaching and stating your case will do nothing for your case. I ask again, what do yah hope to gain from our input? I still believe you are figuring on fighting this out without an experienced attorney. If they said as you claim on a recorded message then what are yah asking us? It's not going to come down to just that one statement. Do you feel you are wrong in anyway? You didn't answer why yah had to unload the shares so rapidly. If they were shares yah felt were "free" then why not sell what yah knew were yours and hold on too the rest. What did yah have to lose? You were greedy and want to cash them before they discovered the error. I don't for a moment believe yah lost track because the fact you questioned it points in my favor. Why have yah posted all over the internet? Why don't yah address these questions I've posed in both e-mails? I do believe you are looking to be validated and that and a nickel won't get yah a up of coffee. No matter what your opinion of an attorney is, there comes a time yah need to leave it up "to the experts" as yah called them. Good luck once again! ART
