Still, a situation where the California government is responsible for a situation they seek to blame someone else for the problem. My central point is this, I expect corporations to do what ever they can to make as much profit as they can for themselves. And if they don't make $$$ they go under and the investors lose. (not the CEO's)

Ca tied it's own wrists to it's ankles and is blaming these IPP's for nature taking over. We spared our air and water, neglected our own infrastrucure, depended on out of state producers, now we're whining?
