There are no implications....yet. But have you noticed in recent political campaigns that campaign materials, phone calls and TV ads have appeared that are becoming extremely hard to trace? It seems there are an increasing number of individuals who would like to produce hit pieces with no accountability whatsoever, which is against campaign financing law. So just for fun I could say that the implications of this case are that you or I will find a new freedom to publish or broadcast lies about anyone we care to target with complete anonymity and from beyond the reach of the law. Doesn't that sound like fun?
