They are not renting time to "complain about the government." They are complaining about Grey Davis. And I didn't write the law. I think it will be an interesting legal debate, on which I am taking a side here only because DMA was so quick to throw out the word "fascist." Davis does look like a whining wimp just by filing the suit--or all the time, actually--but I also find the desire for secrecy to be slimy and a virtual admission that they know they are violating the law.
