Well it seems to me that the suit named individuals who are being sued and that they are not denying that they are responsible for the add. So who is not taking responsibility for their actions. As you say responsibility is a watchword of those in the right.

The case is about attempting to link the ad to a set of rules and in this case I think the law is clear and the law does not apply to this circumstance.
