These samples verify and significantly expand the area of high-grade gallium mineralization in the Discovery zone of the "B Shaft" pit. The sampling also expands known high-grade gallium mineralization northerly and north-easterly to the "G" and "D" pit areas. The samples collected in transects across major zones of mineralization show the following averages for the above areas. Sampling in both the B and G pits were limited by available exposures. In both areas, mineralization extended beyond accessible sampling limits. Limited trenching by hand in these areas yielded values up to 127 grams of gallium per metric tonne. Sampling of both the hanging and footwall zones (the zones above and below the mineralization) of the major mineralized zones indicate that large areas of low grade mineralization ranging from 20 to 40 grams per metric tonne form envelopes surrounding the higher grade gallium mineralization. This is very promising for the future of the project as these envelopes will minimize potential dilution during mining and potentially add significantly to the overall resource. Mapping and sampling to date indicates the gallium mineralization occurs as part of a large mineralized strata conformable "blanket" replacement deposit cut by high-angle "feeder" structures. The entire "blanket has been gently warped and folded, with many minor "antiforms and sin-forms" visible throughout. The highest grade mineralization tends to occur near structural intersections and along the fractures associated with the incipient folding. The overall attitude of the system indicates that it is shallowest just south of the "B Shaft" pit and probably forms subcrop in the vicinity of what is known as the "Harper" pit. The system appears to dip gently to the north at two to 15 degrees. The unweighted average of all 115 samples collected and reported here is 64 grams gallium per metric tonne including those samples with no detectable gallium. All samples were analyzed by Inspectorate Rocky Mountain Laboratory in Reno, Nev. All results are reported in parts per million, which are equivalent to grams per metric tonne. Additional samples are pending and will be reported as received. For those unfamiliar with Gold Canyon, additional information can be found on the company's Web site: gcu-vse.com .
